This office has not been remodeled, so the rent includes a $25/month discount. It’s great for artists or people who are budget conscious.
These offices are in the back of the makerspace and are only accessible by stairs. Given the distance from the coworking space and amenities, this office is charged a discounted rate.

Includes these features
The office has a keypad lock for your private access. Renting this space gives you 24/7 access to the coworking space with a badge, including access to conference rooms and break room. You can also receive mail and packages with a street address, make 50 prints/month on our copier, and have access to wide format printing.
Access to the full makerspace requires a monthly membership or day pass, plus required orientations. But, monthly members of the makerspace get a 25% discount on private office rentals
