About the MakerSpace

Coming late 2025

A makerspace for all of Winona, from youth to retirees, hobbyists to entrepreneurs. Tools, classes, clubs, and rentals in one central space. The identified building has nearly 22,000 sq ft of space – plenty to host classes, support arts/STEM, and foster new businesses in Winona.

We’re aiming for eight studio spaces: ceramics/pottery, fabric arts, woodshop, metals, glass, 3d printing/prototyping, coworking, and a podcasting and recording studio. Extra funds will help us add more spaces the community wants.
